Back when I was a college student, I didn’t have much money for grand setups, so I kept things small. Honestly, I should probably just call this section “macro photography.” This style came naturally to me, and it was the most accessible “studio” setup I could manage. I usually worked with available light or a garage lamp in my bathroom—more often than not, it was the lamp. All of the images below are of my houseplants or flowers I’ve been gifted.
